Ive got an 07 ZZR 600, and im having a hell of a hard time finding parts for my bike. Ive only found 2 undertails for it, 1 pair of ugly *** side markers, etc. Anyone know of a good place to get parts? Also, ive heard that the ZZR is the same as the 2000-2003 ZX6R.Is that correct and will the parts for that bike fit my ZZR?

 

Your bike is the exact same as the 2000-2002 ZX6R, and all of the parts will fit your bike. Check out your vin tag, it still says ZX6. I have the same bike. Have bought many things that were tagged for the 00-02 6R and used them on my ZZR.

 

hurricane is right, but it seems like the 02 is the oddball year. i find tons for the 01 and 03. wtf?!?!

us zzr guys and 02 6r peeps need to stick together..

 

You're right, considering we are riding the same bikes, Im sure there is plenty that some of the guys who have had the 6R for a while would be willing to share with those of us who have the new ZZR or old 6R or whatever bike it is, doesnt really matter. I am just stoked that finding parts for a brand new bike is actually so easy since it has been around for 5 years

They all seem expensive when I have seen them around the web. There were a few on ebay...but they were kindof ugly looking(imo). Hotbodies had some, but also expensive.

 

There is a seller on ebay from FL that makes custom ones, I will get on the comp at home and send you a link to one of his auctions and you can shop his other auctions. The cool thing is, the price includes match paint for your bike, assuming you havent added custom paint. They werent too bad on price, if I recall correctly right around 180, but with match paint it is the best deal I have found. I talked to the guys at kneedraggers.com, and they told me there are a lot of requests for undertails for the ZZR so i wouldnt be surprised to see some more come out in the near future...I will post up a link to the auction shortly.
