Good watching for beginners I reckon.

 

It's a good video. I'm confused about what they are talking about when they say "slip the clutch" Do they mean ease the clutch out then toward the end rev and drop it or what?

 

its when you squeeze the clutch it and give it good rip on the throttle then let go quickly . it will pop your front up....

all in all this is a really good video...i've only been riding for two months and started doing wheelies with the help of this video...im getting better and better everytime.

 

Modulate the clutch I think is a better term. Knowing your tires, suspension and the powerband of your ride are key. Then getting comfy with modulating your clutch and throttle controlfor your ride.

im taking it a step at a time...it all started by trying to feel that jerk when u slip in the clutch...then one day i actually gave it enough throttle to pop up a few inches before i layed off the throttle..then again i poped it up and trying to keep the throttle steady keeping the front wheel upfurther and further.

The guy giving instruction is Super Dave Jessica and I hung out with him in Indy too, he introduced me to the McCoy Brothers and Donnie from FMF. Jessica also introduced me to Kane and a few other stunt riders--the names have slipped my mind right now.
