Well i plan to wear a suit and of course i will be extremely respectful, i have a clean driving record, the only thing is i dont want to go to jail. I found a lawyer for $250, would that be worth it or am i just wasting time and money? btw i live in northwest arkansas. thanx

aside from that just say how sorry you are and how you'll never do it again - don't make excuses, make him think you really learned your lesson.

selling the car is a bit excessive but this seems like the safest route.

ok so i went to court this morning, and 20 and under they have a frist offense program to where to can take traffic school, 21-25 over (me) you cant take traffic school, and its 5 points on your record, and i didnt even have to get up by the judge, i was there 10 min while he explained what people coudl do about minor offenses, and that we could be released straight to the clerk, which kinda ticks me off because they said mine was a "must appear" but then i just got to go and pay it anyways PLUS tyhe 100 court cost, bs if u ask me, but the ticket was only 160 for 95 in a 70 so i guess i cant really complain there, anyways thought u guys might find this interesting, thanx for all the help

F playin on the roads. twice arrested for speeding in those "good 'ol boy" states (Va and Nc) for 107 in a 70 and 117 in a 70, respectfully. both times, i was BARELY passing traffic. bunch of douches.

at least in Nc they didn't get me at what i WAS at (145mph) ...lol
