well i went and did the strip yesterday with friends and it was my first time. man people at the beggining were killing me off the line but my 10s hp would catch them and of coarse thy would loose. HAHA i finally got my launch down but it was cold so most of first was slipping but i beat this girl that only two people have beaten weere i come from and she even jumped the light and i still won so i just wanted to tell the kf that we have great bikes and i have not been here i n a whille ive been working midnights so i thought i would post!

The launch is the most impotant part. What rpm did you end up launching at? That's a dang good time for your first time on the track!!!! wow...

my bike has a power cammander lemac and a k and n filter and it has 154 hp at the wheel but i just put a down payment on a acropovic evolution 2 exhaust but will take me time to pay for it is 2400$.and Bg rig i started launching at 4000 rpm but when i got comfortable i launched at 5500 rpm. its funny the weekend before i raced a 2000 R1 and he killed me off the start by 10 bike lenghts and i asked him how he took off so fast and he showed me so i took everyone by surprise and we kicked all the suzukis buts!HAHA! my friend with an 05 gsxr 1000 we traded bikes and when he got off mine he looked right at me and said my bike was faster than his and that made me feel good. the track was cold so my tire on the launch was slipping all of first and some of second so if it was warmer i think i might off got lower numbers. i ran 10.65 but when i got to the stands the guys up there said they thought the big score board at the track said i was running 10.2 but ill try again next season ours is almost over and it is getting cold now i wish i lived where u guys do
