I did but got frustrated. there is only like 1 or 2 small dents that you can see. I'm actually proud of my job. the only dent you can really see in when the top of the tank bends to go downward to make the sides, there was a dent right on the crest of the bend. i filled the dent, but I need to build it up and shape it to not make it noticable. its my first bondo experience. The tank cost be 5 bucks on ebay, had a good amount of dents.

cool deal, dont be afraid to sand deeper. cool thing about bondo is it sticks to itself. i still say you camo that pig out when you get your body work.

now should i camo the bike if i get go full fairings. The problem with the sanding is i kept going deeper I think my biggest problem I had was I was applying bondo using a rubber speader, and I would try to put as little of bondo as possible to minimize sanding(i found out the hard way the first time) and when I applied the bondo I wend the wrong direction with the scrapper, and probably the sanding as well. Has anyone ever got a good paint job from a rattle can. I've seen at walmart they have a metalic blue rattle can for 10 bucks, I'm temped to try it and see. I was temped to get factory rattle can paint, but at 32 bucks a can for primor and paint, its almost not worth it even tring.

im painting my race truck with rattle cans and ill try to get some pics of the paint job i did on my buddys truck with krylon. straight 4 dollar can of paint and some 3 dollar clear and it looks better then the 600 bucks another buddy put into his truck. even the graphics came out sweet on his truck.
