Default Hey Steve, this pic's for you!

Who is the rider in this picture? (Yes; I know who it is. So should you if you're on this site.)

He's also one of the nicest guys you ever want to meet. I'll post some other pics of him.

So now he's racing sports cars? (MUCH safer!) I guess if Rainey can race with Lawson in shifter carts, Scott can tag-team his Porsche.
Scott was simply amazing at Daytona on the Kaw's. The year he and Lawson finished 1-2 was pretty exciting; around '92 or '93?
Scott, Eddie, Freddie (Spencer), Miguel, Doug (Polen), Mike (Smith), Thomas (Stevens), Jamie (James), Troy (Corser); wow those dudes could ride.

And, just in case you are/were a Miguel fan (and who isn't; he's still out there!) here's some more. And, a picture of Yvon (his dad) at the Battle of the Twins at Daytona. Yvon is one of my personal heroes, because he rode the old 2-stroke GP bikes. Number 17 was his number when he rode with Paul Smart and Gary Nixon with team Hansen in the 70's, and I have to wonder if there was ever friction when Russell had that AMA number plate. Miguel has it now, riding for Honda.
