HOLY SHIZZNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's why you are supposed to get the he11 over to the next lane when you see someone stopped on the side of the road. It is the law here. Glad he's ok, but man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That looked way nasty!!!

If I'm not mistaken - that is a county car out of Indiana... which does have a "move over or slow down" law which came to exist after a state trooper got killed in a similar incident in 2000. That guy in the truck is gonna pay... hardcore.
