I want to say that he's not really riding the streets dressed like that but... when I was in Florida a couple months ago I watched a guy on a POS R1000 Gixxer doing wheelies at every light with a t-shirt, shorts and flip flops. My buddy and I were pretty much begging God to make him have an assident. It never happened, at least not while we were watching.

Pretty sure the UFO is just kicking back in the distance enjoying the big air antics of some human on its ORV... No doubt doing a study...
