My 09 KLX250S left home today with a first time motorcycle owner. I put the bike back to stock before advertising it, and have a set of TCI windshield mounts for sale. I only have one plexiglass windshield, that I moved back and forth between the KLX and another bike. I love the system, and the windshield can be purchased separately from TCI, with no cost disadvantage. I am keeping the windshield and selling only the mounts. Please note, the brackets mount to the top triple tree bolts and front handlebar mounts. If you already using those points to mount something else they won't work for you.

The price from TCI is $60 + shipping.

There is also a universal luggage rack that can be purchased from TCI and mounted on the brackets.
