I bought this bike used from a woman in VA in Aug. of 06 with 8k miles. The bike has been garage kept the entire time and runs perfectly. I just had the 20K mi. service performed and the bike is ready to ride.

20K mi. service included: (because the dealer said so)
New air filter
New plugs
New oil (I have always used Catrol R4 fully synthetic)
Valve Adjustment

The bike has had a new rear suspension put on it because the girl I bought the bike from had cranked the preload all the way down and had cross-threaded it. SoI replaced it with a rear suspension off of a 2001 ZX-6R. She had alsoused a lowering link so she could ride it. I have since restored the bike to stock ride height.

The bike was painfully stock when i bought it down to the big black factory rear fender with all the stock turn signals on it. The only mods i have done the bike are:
Smoked Double-Bubble Windscreen
Paint matched rear undertail with LED turn signals.

The bike was down at low speed and the frame sliders did their job. The fairings were not touched and the onlydamage to the bike was a grind mark on the left passenger handle and my boot broke the mounting bracket for the left set. I have since replaced all damaged parts and have put 7K miles on the bike since. The only reason I am getting rid of the bike isto purchase a new R1 in the spring.

haven't seen a reply from Armgdnmanyet, was just wondering if the bike is still for sale? i'll give you a shout on sunday, just in case you don't check the site. looks great, i could drive there if you still have it but i need a week to get there. busy tomorrow and i have to work this week. i live in canada so i'd ahve to take aweekend trip to come out there. let me know either way if you can, thanks.
