Put up an ad on CL not too long ago. Don't want to get rid of the bike but I have too much stuff going on and I don't have room to work on it.
1986 Kawasaki GPz 900 Ninja to trade or sell. Considered a classic superbike
Registered through April of 2012. I got the bike as a project to work on. The bike wouldn't start one day so the previous owner decided to let the bike go instead of dealing with storage and repairs. All signs point to the starter motor so far but I'm not a mechanic. Bike needs new signals and fairings, typical cosmetic stuff. I was going to restore the bike over the winter break but I have limited access to tools, limited experience and school plus work is taking up my free time. I am also a beginning rider, a 900 is way too fast and will kill me for sure.
So if you have an extra streetbike to trade that would be awesome hopefully running. Anything from and old ninja 250 to GSXR. If you know anyone into this type of bike let them know. Need to make some room in the garage.
