if this is gonna be your first big go with the zzr600..... and like one of our members have said... " it's not the bike that goes fast, it's the one driving the bike thats makes it go fast..." just keep that in mind...

I know the SV650s is awesome..... My wife has one and it's the
shiznit..... I can climb on it and i weight 280 lbs and that little
thing will rip...... She weighs 130 and she rides the tar out of it
its vary forgiving bike for starters but still good for a seasoned
rider...

I think you should try out the 650! Then let me know what you think of it - I'm thinking that'll be my next bike, depending on what people think of it
But the one thing you should remember - doesn't matter how many cc's the bike has, you can get into just as much trouble on a 250 as you can on a 600 (or 636). You have got to respect the bike and ride within your limits. But keep us posted on what you get.
