using an android phone as a remote cam
I have a remote surf break that I want to monitor. The location has good 3g but no wifi etc. I have a nice ruggedized smartphone (ip68 spec) with 10mp camera and a solar charger. I'd like to have the cam SMS/email static pics back hourly but I'd also like to be able to call the one on demand and snap pics or watch video. Anyone know an app to do this?
(Really sucks that Google Device Manager gives Google access to the device camera but not to the device owner. Skype works as a cam on demand but i can't figure out how to use the rear facing camera which I'm guessing will give a better view. Team Viewer rat app requires authorization at the device for the connection to occur. Air Droid rat requires you buy the premium version if you want to use 3G.)

While I haven't use this app, a quick google search shows that https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...com.pas.webcam should let you do what you want.
