Way up in sky the little birds fly
(make arms "fly")
While down in the nest, the little birds rest
(palms together, head tilted to side resting on hands,
eyes closed "sleeping")

With a wing on the left
(make "wing" with left hand in L armpit, move elbow up
and down)
And a wing on the right
(repeat above with R hand in R armpit)
The little birds sleep ... all through the night.
(repeat palms together, head tilted to side resting on
hands, eyes closed "sleeping")
Shhhhhhhh - they're sleeping.
(make a fist, extend pointer finger, put it to lips)

Then UP comes the sun
(raise hands from sides to overhead "touchdown"
position)
The dew falls away
(press hands down and away toward back)
Good morning, Good morning, the little birds say

There now don't you feel better? Deej does.

 

Now I feel Great!

(Going back to bed now.)
