ORIGINAL: whitehendrix

is that a yamaha 112 i see?
Receiver? No Yamaha here.

TV:
Samsung LN-R409D 1080i (Used, original stand was broken, got this with wall-mount & 2yr warranty from work for $541)
Receiver:
Onkyo TX-SR605(B)
Speakers:
Mirage Omni 350 speakers up front
Pioneer speakers surround (2 from an Elite plasma), Optimus speaker for center, until I can get a better one
Upconverting DVD changer:
DVP-NC85H
Power center:
Panamax M5300-EX
XBox 360 Premium
Mirage Athena iPod sync dock/sounddock/computer speakers
Parts Express plate amplifier (somewhere between 250-350wt. rms)
Elemental Designs B212 subwoofer in cheap box I got
Compaq SR5130NX

Other stuff may follow, much other junk in room I'm trying to get to fit. It's a crazy mess. I spent a couple hours cleaning 1/2 pint of stain off the floor. I defied its sole purpose, to stain. It still left a little mark, but it's not as bad as I had feared. See the stain spill on the floor of my apartment, and it was all I could do not to curse out loud and let my mom see it in the initial state. []

It's a nice little setup to have. But unfortunately, I cannot enjoy it completely since I have neighbors surrounding me from all sides.

I got the Samsung with 1080i because it was cheap enough, $540, like I said. Not new, couple years old, but I can deal with that until I can afford a nice TV in a few months or a year and sell this (warranty is transferable). The one I wanted would cost me about $1100 for employee cost (few hundred off). I was tired of having all the crap in my room, and the LCD has a nice picture for a computer monitor. I figured it was this, or get a monitor and then later get another LCD. Computer is the main function, games second, movies third. Cable usage is almost nonexistant, and I'm not paying for HD here. I'll wait til I move in with my buddy and he has a 46" like he wants.

I was hoping to get a nice rear-pro for free. Some guys have gotten some nice ones. One guy got a 46" Mitsubishi, seen some other ones, that 25" XBR in pic 3, and the Toshiba in pics 4 & 5 I got for free. My little brother has a PSX, XBox, VCR and computer with internet in his bedroom. Better than I ever had at his age, or even through my late teens. I just wanna smack him when he complains about not having stuff. He could've bought a PS3 or 360 off of all the YuGiOh and Pokemon cards he has.

Mark,

That's a KDS-60A3000, right? Love the Sony rear-pros. The XBR series was especially great! Here's the 70":

Alright. Almost finished, but it's 4:30am and it's past my bedtime, and I have to be at work at 8 tomorrow, and Tuesday I have to be up like 6 or something to drive for a 2-day meeting in another town a few hours away. Don't be jealous, I only make about $20k in the warehouse, this is just a stupid meeting I have to attend. So, now to clean off my bed, and this is what it looks like after setting everything up, but have to do the Audyssey setting when I have more room and don't have the 33" tube to get around.
