Default Possible slab **** in the making.

I am turning 16 in a few months (WOO HOO) so I was looking at financing a new Kawi. I don't know what the power of the 636 is going to be like, but I am leaning towards it. I also have a few questions. I live in PA and am wondering what the motorcycle license requirements are. Do i have to carry a passanger for so many hrs.? Can i take my MC test before the car test and aquire a license?

Thanks,
Will

EDIT: I am not worried about the test tho, I have taken many pretests and have gotten all 98%s to 100%. For both car and MC. I have been driving cars and MC on road for about a year almost 2. I just would rather get my MC license first because I have the KLX250 to ride. I had a 90' RX7 turbo with 15 psi but I sold it.

I've read that already but it doesn't really answer any of my questions. PA DMV website sucks.

I guess you can get it under 18 or it wouldn't have a box that says "If under 18" if you couldn't. But I still need to know about if you can take it before car and some opinions for the 636 for a first sport bike.

i looked at the permit app. and it says that a notary must be signed, meaning that your parent or guardian must say its ok for you to get your motorcycle permit

most likely you can. just give them a call or go down there or something. as for the 636..never ridden one but if you've ridden dirt before it shouldnt be that much of a change. i jumped on my first bike for my first ride about a month ago and it was a 500...so just take it slow for a bit..or you can buy my 500 and ill buy a 636
