Another dumb celebrity will do something even worse in another week or two. You'll see. Then nobody will even remember about the Michael Richards incident.

The guys who Michael Richards yelled at are now trying to make Michael pay them money because his apology was apparently not good enough for them.

That's ridiculous. Michael Richards may be a total racist, but those guys are the reason for the outburst in the first place.

I think its just a case of "bad improv" ... some people are good at dealing with hecklers, but I guess Riichards isn't one of them.

As far as the audience members are concerned, they don't have a leg to stand on. So many comedians (e.g. Chris Rock, etc.) do stuff on stage that would get them arrested if they did the same thing in public ... but that's what the audience pays for. In this case, Richards was just improvising and the audience got a bad show ... nothing personal. The most they should be entitled to is the price of the ticket.

i was reading my local news paper and in the opionon page there was a cartoon of a guy knocking on the door and a klansman came out and the guy who knocked said "Kramer?" i laughed

If people start sueing everytime a comedian offends them there wont be any more comedians. They dont sell malpractice insureance for comedy.
