Its about time a new 250

RE: Its about time a new 250
The reason I would be skeptical, and consider it a photoshopped bike is because the current 250R is still one of kawasaki's best selling motorcycles. So, why would they go through all the R&D to make a new 250? Not to mention that Kawasaki would likely have to bump up the price which would drive away all the potential newbie riders that look toward 250's as a first bike. Sure, I would love to see a new, up-to-date 250R. But until I actually see a solid conformation I will continue to be skeptical over the above pictures.

I would think one of the main things that pushed them into a remake if the are remaking the bike that is, is the new gt250 by hyosong and the one thats made by UM. they are not as good as a normal ninja 250 but have it beat in the looks department. So I would think kawi would want to keep the 250 market to it self.

RE: Its about time a new 250
well actually, the above pictures may be the new model for the ZXR250 line.
GPZ250 aka 250R (U.S.)
ZZR 250 (non-U.S.)
finally, the ZXR 250
(this one I think is a ZXR400, but looks exactly same as 250)
(this one has 250 sticker)
(new one?)
If they start selling these in the U.S., I'd figure it would be the price of a new 500R or very close.
