what's your trick on loosig weight, I can't seem to drop a pound [:@] I run 2 miles everyday and I eat a vegetarian meal plan these days.

Stopped eating..... I only eat when it absolutly nessasary... Treadmill 1.5 to 2 miles at a
5.5% grade.... When I do eat I'm yery selective of the food... like what is good what is bad
thats it... and so I don't fail Saturday is my so called cheat day...

I'm not trying drop alot of weight just like 5-7 pounds. For bathing suit season and for Gotrice of course!
