Firstninja> What Domino's did is actually a violation of federal labor laws. I would contact the local state employment agency and advise them of this. They can be fined and penalized heavily if that is the grounds they are using for termination. You have grounds for a very nice civil suit.

I'm with srobak on this one and who knows sometime at a later date
the owner or manager involved may loose their cable signal and "need" some of your superior customer service..............

unfortunally, SC is an at will state. which means they can fire you for no appartent reason. Ive already talked to a lawyer. he said the only thing i could do is file for unemployment

Well thats ok, but I'm sure a bit of creative brainstorming could do that and perhaps sumthin else that would be a much bigger PIA for said Dominoes and still be legal.....well mostly.
