I wouldnt think something that small would make it through, how worn is the tire??

 

Brand new!!! I just put it on 3 months ago, maybe 500 miles. The tread is hardly worn (I dont do burn-outs after I bought my first set of tires) and its right through the meaty part of the tire. I am amazed that something this small made it through. Unless something came out...is that possible?

 

is it the front or the rear? I would patch the rear but if it is the front, go get a new tire its just not worth it.

 

Okay....maybe its actually like 1500 miles....but still, the tire is in very good shape. No flat spots or anything

I stopped by the yam/suz dealership on the way home, but they wont patch tires. I figured it had more to do with the money they make on a new tire than the liability reasons they gave me.

 

call around and find someone who will.

 

I'll stop by my mechanic on the way to work in the morning. It does do nice wheelies with like 20 lbs of pressure in the rear!

 

...but it doesnt corner so well
