Well I put on my new mailbox, then got on my Ultra Glide, cranked up some Guns And Roses on the stereo, and went to the steakhouse where a girl buddy of mine works. Ate a big ole filet mignon and rode home. I was going to take the 14 but the tire on the back is about gone. I figured that I would save what's left of the tire for this weekend. That bike eats a back tire about every 2000 miles. It's one of the only bikes I have had that will wheelie and burn rubber all at the same time.
I'm just sittin here now all kicked back in the recliner with my laptop, and will probably crash here soon. I worked my *** off today at the refinery.
Are you off tomorrow? Sounds like by what you said earlier. Gonna party tomorrow Baby girl?

 

How do you like the ultra glide??? We are lookin' at possibly gettin' a Road King or the Ultra Glide Classice...for those times that we just want to cruise

I have the anniversary Ultra classic. It is a very comfortable bike to cruise on. It has everything you could possibly need, and doesn't look near as nerdy as a Gold Wing. It has been a very dependable bike. And it looks and sounds like a real bike! I tried a GW and felt like a nerd while riding it. Yeah it was technologically way more advanced, but it reminded me of riding a 900 lb plastic sewing machine. All the time I was riding that wing, i had the raving urge to go buy a pocket protector and hang out at Best Buy. It scared the living hell out of me so I ran to the Harley shop and fell in love with my glide.
It came down to two decisions:

1. Do I want a technological big plastic mo fo that I like

2. Or do I want a very acceptable machine that I love, and that looks and sounds like a real motorcycle. Of course I went with #2

And of course if I have the urge to put on some assless chaps, vest, finger gloves, and a leather punk *** doo rag, I have the right machine...........LOL Hell I might even go to Sturgis someday so I can wear leather on 100 degree day, and smell like a beer drinkin goat. Jus kiddin man that is not my scene!
