Nope... buying fixable cars that don't run and getting them running. I can turn around and sell it cheap and still make a profit.

I found a '91 Bronco that only needs an oil pump for $350... I could fix it for $30 and sell it for $2200

 

That would be a cool business, and you wouldn't have to put up with the man! I make great money but being owned by my company is really getting old.

It's just me and one other mechanic that I work with. We're not trying to get rich or anything, just trying to make some extra money on the side.

 

i wish i had the startup $ for that.. i did it with dirtbikes for a bit and it worked good.. til my kx, then i had to get a real job and since then ive been broke. i prob coulda started again but the cadillac was just way to ballin to pass up

oh, and good luck. just be careful of lemons and hidden demons. lol they can A you in the A pretty quick
