Don't know about the cheerios man, but I have been on lipitor for a while...I feel your pain man. The best thing for me has been the gym. Give it a shot and you will get hooked like I am, I usually spend around 2 hours/day, 5 days/week in the gym now. I always have had cholesterol problems, even though we eat very well (always have since I have been married) and with exercise. It is under control now though. Put in a little hard work and you will get there man.

Yeah man I was thinking about that,, It will be ok I was down and out about it cuase well it could effect the future, but I told my self im goin to work hard, watch what I eat and Goin to get a gym membership, cause i wanna feel better anyway. Thanks for the advice bro...

i thought i broke my finger yesterday, i was putting snow tires on an f-450 and my middle finger got eatn between the tire and the rim bead whilst putting the snowtire on... that felt good. so today i went to the doctor to see if it was busted and its only sprained and heavily bruised...
but thats not what im getting at... while i was there i was looking at this chart of unhealthy foods and thier calorie content... so i whipped out my phone and fired up the calculator and started adding up all the stuff id eat on a day to day basis and im averaging between 20,000 and 35,000 calories a day
if it werent for the gym, insomnia and a god like metabolisim id be a total lard ***
