Last time i was jogging I could do about 3-4 miles and i was alot thiner.

Went just over a mile stright. So hopefully it wont take to long to get back into shape like i was a few years ago.

Ohh and it turns out there was a fridge in the lunch room at work so i was able to store my left over lunch from yesterday.

The frist thing i noticed was pettes coffee is a lot stronger then star bucks.
