yea the housing market is reallyed Fed up here in C.A. they have just about stoped cold building houses. The market here in CA was just like the whole tech bubble a few years back. You know its bad when they are charged 417k for a 866 sq ft 2 bedroom house/shack. The last survey I looked at shows that only 14% of people in CA an afford the traditional type of loan. To afford to buy a home here they say you should have a combined income of 130k a year. Thats crazy. I knew the housing market here was on its last leg and dying but I didn't know OH was going though something like C.A. is. I really hope things turn around for you mean. I know what its like living check to check then having something out of your controll happen and just ruin everything. You know where here if you need us.

Thanks asz. The builder I worked for is a national one, and they made cuts all over the east coast and midwest. I will do what I have to, it is just disheartening to get out of the military with such a bright outlook and a good job, and then be worse off than when I was in the Army two years later.
