No, the pogs that replaced coins are just the regular pogs that were popular years ago. Yeah, I'm a pog, but I'm the gruntiest of the pogs (being a mechanic)

 

Mechanics werent really seen as pogs in the 101st...they were our buddies...I was in good with them as the Bn master driver and got some good chit for my hmmwv from the chief

 

I dont know how many times mechanics rescued my *** out in the "back 40"

 

Ever seen "uparmor suspension on a cargo? Then I converted the cargo to a command Hwmmv, and installed the FBCB2 system. The mechanics taught me how to to most of the stuff on my own...like changing hubs out and head gaskets..etc. I had fun in the motorpool.

 

We even suped-up our Gators!

 

I had an cable-dawg E5 **** me off. He was trying to tell me how to PMCS a truck. Then when I told him he was wrong, and I was right, he started that whole "You better get your *** at parade rest to talk to me, and don't you DARE tell me I'm wrong" bit. I had the last laugh though, because it was his truck, and I deadlined it. He learned real quick not to **** off a mechanic.
