I feel like whoring it up 2 (official new whoring thread)

There are a handful of members that have been MIA. A real bummer, but that happens everywhere. People grow up and hang up the handle bar tassels.
Anything good happening today? I just spent more $'s on two of my putt putts today. Nothing large, the shark guards for the 6rr and for the 10r.
Will post up pics in a few days with those and of the Attack rearsets on the 6rr (everyone knows what those would look like anyways) and of the Velocity stacks for the 10r. (need to hit up a dyno though to make that mod note worthy)
hmm, talk about hanging up the bar tassels,,,,I still need to show and tell the twofiddy new shoes.

and what about the tassels on the old west leathers going down the arms??? what was the porpose there---pretty sure there must have been a reason

Went with the Pirelli Diablo performance Scooter tires for the 16inch hoops. Supposedly similar to the ones I ran on the 10r (compound wise). They were an ok road tire. Abit short lived while on the 10r though.

"Buckskins are often trimmed with a fringe – originally a functional detail, to allow the garment to shed rain, and to dry faster when wet because the fringe acted as a series of wicks to disperse the water."
Yeah, right; most Harley riders I know (and see) won't take their bikes out if the ambient temp is below 70 degrees or rain. Real "tough guys".....
Actually, I think the "danglies" on their handlebars are a subconscious carry-over from their youth; memories of riding their tricycles with the silver-fleck variety. Same heavy steering effort and Gravely-mower-style hand position....
