Man I do not understand my bike. So i've been having this issue with the bike where it will cut off them come back on only running on 1 cylinder instead of 2. Then after turning it off and on again it will be back on 2 only to mess up again 100-200 yards later. So today I rip the back of the bike apart again and try to pull some codes off the ecu. It starts to read off some error codes but the paper clip I was using to jump the circuit slipped out of place. When I tried it again it didn't read any error codes. I did this a few more times and still no codes. So I put the bike back together again. I start it up and get it fully warmed up. Then take it out. This time no problems. it rode fine. I rode around my area for 15 or so min and it felt normal. All I can do is cross my fingers and hope the problem doesn't come up again but I got a feeling it will.

Pull the positive off the battery for 15 minutes....sounds like a re-boot is in order.

I can't find any one in my area with a 2000 or 2001 RC51 to swap ecu's with. I'm going to go for a shake down ride tomorrow for a couple hours in my area to see if it acts up. After this I'm thinking the ECU needed to be reset not to likely or there is a short in one of the wires some place that I may have moved when I put the tail and everything back together.
Dragone did you check out the info about the new 10? 188 to the rear wheel with a slip on. Not full exhaust but a slip on.

Well I hope it's a loose wire and you have already fixed it Asz! Good luck bro!
