He asked me "you were doing at least 90 mph right". I told him yeah it was some where close to 90 mph. so I got a ticket for 90 mph in a 65 zone. I got lucky.

RE: Honestly, who has
You know sometimes you know your going to get a ticket, and yes I did deserve it. so keeping my mouth shut in this case would not have done any good. He was the same cop that pulled me over the week prior, and he was getting ready to impound my car, until my other room mate talked him out of it. He originally was just sitting there doing paper work. That’s why he did not get me on radar.
As far as
“I bet you're the type that agrees to let the cop search your car, even if there is no just cause. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!”
I know my rights. I also know what they can and can’t do. I was at the wrong. I wasn’t going to argue with him about what I was and wasn’t doing. Double the speed limit on the freeway is very noticeable. Sure I could have said I didn’t do anything wrong , but would it be worth it? Not to me. I don’t know if you have actually read any of the vehicle codes but a lot of them are pretty vague. They can screw with you just as much as you can try to screw with them. Probable cause is a open ended term they use freely. Loosing my car and going to jail just didn't sound like the way I wanted to spend the evening.
I have also been let out of dozens of tickets just for being level headed and honist with the cop. IT WILL GET YOU FURTHER!!!
