Buffalo is a lot tougher, and tastes more like beef. I grew up in Oklahoma where the buffalo roam. I got drunk on tequila on time and tried to ride a buffalo. Dont ever do that as they are one mean beast and can jump higher that a bull. I had a friend who raised them and we would see them climb up to the top of his hay barn, you know how the hay kinda cascades to the top. He say they can climb like a goat.
