I'm just against chasin people in general if your stupid enough torun you def. got some **** going on that the cops should be lookin for you anyways....but you guys are right these video's never catch everything and i'm shure some **** went down that wasn't shown to force the cop to shoot, and yes a stolen car would leave reason to chase, but when it comes down to it it's all the criminal's fault
