Bragging Rights
I'm looking to see what has happened in your life to make you so proud that you would brag about it to friends, family or even us.
It could be anything from surviving a horrible accident, beating cancer, having a famous relative, making it on TV ( Cops or American's Most Wanted either) having the greatest family life, creating a child, etc.
Lets hear about your greatest accomplishments!!!

hmm, my biggest brag is/was jumping through the county hoopsinbeinga foster parent. Seeing the real parents get their sh$t together and seeing the growth of the children.

RE: Bragging Rights
I got my first real six-string
Bought it at the five-and-dime
Played it till my fingers bled
It was the summer of '69
Me and some guys from school
Had a band and we tried real hard
Jimmy quit and Jody got married
I shoulda known we'd never get far
Oh when I look back now
That summer seemed to last forever
And if I had the choice
Ya - I'd always wanna be there
Those were the best days of my life
Ain't no use in complainin'
When you got a job to do
Spent my evenin's down at the drive-in
And that's when I met you
Standin' on your mama's porch
You told me that you'd wait forever
Oh and when you held my hand
I knew that it was now or never
Those were the best days of my life
Back in the summer of '69
Man we were killin' time
We were young and restless
We needed to unwind
I guess nothin' can last forever - forever, no
And now the times are changin'
Look at everything that's come and gone
Sometimes when I play that old six-string
I think about ya wonder what went wrong
Standin' on your mama's porch
You told me it would last forever
Oh the way you held my hand
I knew that it was now or never

How 'bout some Liz Phair...
"Why Can't I?"
Get a load of me, get a load of you
Walkin' down the street, and I hardly know you
It's just like we were meant to be
Holding hands with you when we're out at night
Got a girlfriend, you say it isn't right
And I've got someone waiting too
What if this is just the beginning
We're already wet, and we're gonna go swimming
Why can't I breathe whenever I think about you
Why can't I speak whenever I talk about you
It's inevitable, it's a fact that we're gonna get down to it
So tell me
Why can't I breathe whenever I think about you
Isn't this the best part of breakin' up
Finding someone else you can't get enough of
Someone who wants to be with you too
It's an itch we know we are gonna scratch
Gonna take a while for this egg to hatch
But wouldn't it be beautiful
Here we go, we're at the beginning
We haven't f*cked yet, but my heads spinning
Why can't I breathe whenever I think about you
Why can't I speak whenever I talk about you
It's inevitable, it's a fact that we're gonna get down to it
So tell me
Why can't I breathe whenever I think about you
High enough for you to make me wonder
Where it's goin'
High enough for you to pull me under
Somethin's growin'
out of this that we can control
Baby I am dyin'
Why can't I breathe whenever I think about you
Why can't I speak whenever I talk about you
Why can't I breathe whenever I think about you
Why can't I speak whenever I talk about you

RE: Bragging Rights
Hey Mark, save some of those pills for when you're better.
But seriously, watching my son being born, and see him turning into an awesome young person, and realizing that I am so fortunate to have a wife that understands and loves me.Oh and good friends and worship are right up there too.....yea if that sounds like bragging, then OK I'll own it.

Cool Deej, I can respect that!
KC I'm home, I felt like sheeeaat today. Got 4 hours of sleep last night and had three climbing courses scheduled today plus a reporter from one of the "big" newspapers are doing a story on us and we got rained out - DRAG!
