Supposed to be signed by the Gov. This just shows how desperate the State is for money. So break out those old bikes and Git-R-Done!!!

 

I Thought this was a done deal,over the summer,and goes into effect Jan 1st...

 

NV has that law in affect as well. Which is a good thing.

The discover pass sucks. One for the bike and one for the truck you haul it in.
