i was thinking about shooting up either azusa or mountain ave for a run this weekend. i'm still learning about the bike, and i have yet to buy the gear i would need to do some serious riding. if i do go up, i'll have to take it sort of easy. but everyday i'm a little further along than the last.

hey rick, if i go, i wont be dragging knee eighter, well i wont even be hitting it hard like im acustomed to untill i get my heart meds straightened out. sometimes when i rail a turn at speed i get dizzy. just go to hang with the people and only go as fast as you can.

i dont know but last time i said that i showed up with minor protective gear on and took a nasty *** chunk out of my knee. BUT i will not do that this time. cruise mode. hell i got to see if i can get the day off still.
