hows that work...? when you start up do ya just get a kp icon and a vista icon and yer like... "hmm, i think imma use vista today" or what?
i know you can run 2 on one computer... like a dual monitor or something with xp/mac but i didnt know you could start solely one a single os with another just waiting at your disposal

Most BIOS's let you choose which hard drive to boot from. It's a PITA to go into the BIOS and switch between drives.
Some motherboards have an F-Key (let's use the F9 key as an example) that you press as you are booting and it pops up a little menu that allows you to choose which drive to boot from without having to go into BIOS to change boot drives.
Just about every newer Dell on the market will let you press F12 when you start booting up. Then it presents you with a menu to let you choose to boot from the CD or another drive or even a USB drive or e-Sata drive.
That's what I'd do if you have a motherboard that supports it.

it was saying that the program wasnt compatible, But I got it figured out, I got online and got some cracks and now it works fine,, thanks for all the help
