i was going to sell the green 99 w/ 15,000 miles and the yellow 2001 with 12,000 miles in the spring. if you make me an offer i can't refuse i'll sell them, but if you want a killer deal i'll just hold onto them until the spring. 99 has some bruises, but the 2001 is near flawless.

Any year 93 through it's demise.

Near flawless is always good... and about springtime would be good for me financially too. Lets talk $ for spring Where abouts do you live?

ORIGINAL: markmeinteil

I've gotta say, the ZX7R is officially on my wish list. I also think it's one of the best looking sportbikes Kawasaki ever made. Now if I can only find one in my area.

Glad to read this... not only is it one sharp looking ride, but the thing that will always mark it as the best bike out there for me is the handling. Like I have said so many other times - my 93 was set up like it was built for me. Everything was just perfect and balanced. I thought - it responded. The riding position on that machine let you carve roads like a pizzacutter on cardboard.

The only thing I have ever ridden that has come close to it's handling abilities and balance was the 93-99 Gixxer 750.

Speaking of which - I did hear a rumor that Kawi will be bringing back the ZX7 for 2008. Has anyone else heard this?

With the 800cc limit in motogp, the 750's will be back and unfortuneately the 1000's will be taking the back seat. Just my prediction.

99 has full muzzy, jet, sliders, grips, new sproke and chain, tires 80% bunch of carbon fiber (some i just took off), but it's got an oil leak and a few plastic cracks

2001 has an undertail and a D&D ... LOUD!!! WOW! plus the graphics were removed to give it a "clean" look.

i think i'm gonna take the graphics off the 2000 also cause i like the "clean" look

i live in beavertown pa 17813
