Had a 93 ZX7 L1 in wine red and black which I purchased brand new. Looking to get into another 7 for the coming season - best bike made.

sweet ride... as far as the wheels go... next time you need tires, borrow a pair of stands, take the wheels off, have the tires removed and then paint the wheels (or powdercoat)... make sure to get them sandblasted too... it pretty easy to do...

i think you meant to say "proud" about the 90... hell, i would like to have one.. remember that now these are no longer made, so certain ones might go up in price.... i would think anyway..... and the 90 should be one of them... so, how much you want for it....

Absolutely do not be embarrassed... remember that is the bike that Scott Russel won the AMA 750SS on for the first time! Although he used a newer bike for his 1st place win in 750SS the following 2 years, his 2nd place finish in World Superbike for 91 - it was still the same design. He didn't change bikes until late in the 92 season. Do not have any shame for that bike what-so-ever... it is one of the all-time kings of the road.
