I have been told that Kawi does have the weakest bottom end. Can maybe hold up to 500hp where theSuz can do something like 700hp. But again, hear say.
Kawasaki used to have the strongest bottom ends and were called Bullet Proof. Even now, some drag racers are using the old KZ1000 bottom ends. A lot of top speed, 1/4 mile and horsepower records were set with those engine's bottom ends. Maybe not the 700 HP I saw the Hayabusa put out in a Magazine. Of course these New TechnologyHP numbers are UNBELIEVEABLE!

Bullet proof is why I have played with Kawi's. Good fun then, good fun now.

Fury, can't wait to hear/ read about the results. Just be careful when you get the bike back on the road.

Remember: With Great Speed comes Great responsibility: Control, especially the Right Hand.

Don't be a statistic.

this is the second time i have gone down with very minor scrapes. it was a cold morning and lost front end traction, but all things happen for a reason because i remember reading the cycleworld and thinking i want hypercycle to rebuild my engine when its time, well thanks to the cracked case and the stator cover.. its now time. lol i had 13 grand on it though and its an06, iride the **** out of it so i was going to have it done soon anyway. i need a lower cowling i need to talk to evil, he had em priced way back when. im gonna get the 6r lower cowling so the bike will be completely green now. the engine gets shipped to cali on wed, they said they will have it backwithin a month. i cant wait!

How much is it going to cost you and what all are they going to do? Different rods too or just the ovebore with bigger pistons? Can't wait to read about the results. I'm thinking of doing this also instead of getting a bigger bike (750 or 1000).

the guy that heads them up "carry" he wont reveal much but he said they stroke the engine and get more out of it that way than boring it out.. i talked to a few people about the cylinder heads on the 636 being plated or whatever.. i dont know, we shall see, im just sending it to them and asking for a spec sheet of what all they did when i get it back and i will test it out and see how fast she is. i know they use jd pistons and good components, some custom **** too.. its not cheap, but this bikes going on the track, and i will win races with it by god. im picking up a 10r for the street. mauhahahahhahahaha [sm=icon_rock.gif] excellent..

Good luck with the bike F.O.G. I want to see that damn thing when you get it back together. Maybe me and the gang will come down there and check it out. It would be a nice 4 hour ride. A good excuss for a ride anyways. Let me know when you get it back together.
