Default zx636 windscreen

I just bought a sportech chrome windscreen for my 06' 636 and I am have problems with it not fitting right. The stock windscreen has a lip around the outer edges of the windscreen and the sportech does not. Has anyone ran into this or a similar problem with changing their windscreen?

Yes with a LHP screen, it left a big gap all aroung it.[:@]

Trashed it and got the Zero Gravity one. No gap and fit perfect.

does anyone know of a chrome windscreen that will actually fit the 06' 636? I checked Zero Gravity and they don't have a chrome series.

they kind of cater to the R1 crowd but they are good. As far as price goes just start shopping around.

I wish I checked this out before I bought my memphis shades windscreen. I just installed it and it has that gap too.

This is my memphis shades black gradiant windscreen. It isn't flush with the plastics because it because it doesn't have the indent like the stock windscreen. It isn't that bad, not what you expect to happen when it is suppose to fit your bike.Name: PICT0005.jpg
