My boy has a 2003 GSXR 600 that burns my 05 636. He has a oustanding exhuast kit and sprokets to a 750. i would really like to beat his *** with my bike. I was thinking of getting two brothers exuast and a euro spec ecu. I need some help and recomendations on what I should do to my bike. Any ideas and or specific products that would significantly increase my hoursepower on this bike?

well being that that is a 750 you will need more then exhaust and ecu get sprockets as well if you are going from a dead stop go bigger in the rear you might be able to get him

gear that 636 -1+2 or 3 in the rear, get your self a pc and get it maped, through your self a exhaust on and k&n filter or bmc filter, and then challenge him to a race

 

Full exhaust, power commander, Ignition module,BMC air filter, Motul Full synthetic oil, & ECU jumper mod. BTW, the ECU Jumper Mod will turn your ECU to a Euro Spec. Go to the DIY section.

 

Really not trying to be a jerk or anything this is an honest question.... Can a 636 really beat a 750? Especially if the friends 750 has exhaust and sprockets? My limited knowledge on 750s puts them at quite a big torque and HP advantage over our 636s... I love my bike and all but I'm not sure if I could ever take a 750 and probably not without spending more money than the difference would have been if I just bought one lol...

I'd of course love to hear I'm wrong. Knowing my bike could beat a 750 would be amazing so don't get my wrong just honestly didn't think it was possible.

That's all bike of course I'm sure you stick me up against a poor rider on a 750 I could take them but assuming equal riders...

Its a gsxr 600 with 750 sprockets and a upgraded exhuast

 

stock my 04 636 would slowly walk past my friends 05 GSXR600 with a slip-on.. Now that I have -1+2 sprockets and a slip-on if we both get on i just pull away from him.

 

gearing will help u alot for quicker acceleration, not going to give u any hp but it delivers the power better thru out the rpm range tho

 

hey man if it's a 600 u don't have anything to worry about unless he's a rickey gadsen or ryan shnitz, ha ha !
