Default is this a zx-6?

hi everyone,
i'm planning on getting a bike soon and i was hoping you guys could clear something up for me.
i've been browsing online for a bike and i found one that i like but something doesn't add up with it.

http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ100189685
(for the record i think the ninja picture is tacky, but everything else i like)

the two questions i have for this ad are:
its says a 93 zx6 but when i looked it up it said that the zx6 didnt come out till 95.
and the seller claims its a sport touring but i thought the zx models were super sports.

the mileage has me slightly concerned as well, but i thinking it should be ok with the proper maintenance.
either way, my girlfriends uncle is obsessed with bikes and he's agreed to come along to check it out for me.
i just thought i would come by here to learn what i can before i check it out.

thanks in advance

Kawasaki Ninja did make a zx6 in 1993 "sport bike".. is also considered a sport touring by industry standards now. Because of rider position is not as agreesive as a zx6R that came later. That would be concidered a super sport for the agreesive sitting position and lighter chasis and more powerfull engines.

3000 is alot for a zx6e... unless its brand new and has very low miles... ive seen a couple really good zx6e's going for 2000 or lower... but it all depends on you and the owner... i would tell him youve seen alot of the same bikes online going for around 2gs and see what he says...

there are a few 1998-2000 zx6r bikes for sale in the london, kitchener and toronto kijiji.ca areas right now going for right around 3g's. i'm biased, but i'd try and get a 98 and up.
