This is just an idea let me know if your interested. I thinking of making a windscreen and side fairing bolt kit that consists of spike and screws to make it all work, Same to the ones seen below on my bike in the pics they be offered in various sizes and styles. Prices will vary on sizes and style. Will work out pricing if anyone is interested. So just let me know.

EDIT: This can be done on just about every motorcycle just let me know what you got. And I'll research it.

alright i'll have to research the sizes of screws I would need to fit other models.

 

I can do the other models the windscreen screws are the same and the side fairing screws are the same on the 05-06. I will post up pics and prices tommorow on the different styles. Everyone who is interested please post up or if you know of anyone that would be interested let me know, I can find out what sizes for all different bikes.

 

do you have a close-up shot of the screws?

I am assuming they have a hex-design at the base so you could tighten them with a wrench....

What are they made of- stainless steel, aluminum??

There is a place here in Florida that carries them as well and they cost $25 I have a set at the house. When I get home I will get a pic and post it.

theres a few places that make the spike kits, they even have the fairing bolt spikes so you can go all mideval on your bike.
