Default whoops..wrong octane gas in 636

After filing my tank this morning, it occurs to me that i just put regular gas in my ninja (87 octane).....will there be any adverse affects of not running premium octane gas for a tankful.......this is what i get for owning three bikes where 2 of them take regular....

Don't have a siphon tool and i dont like the taste of gas, so no....is the tank a vacuum fed system..wonder how hard it would be to drain it from the tank outlet.

Dont need a tool or a taste, just dip a hose, cover the end with your thumb, and pull it halfway out. There will be no long term effects from running low octane, however there is no garantee that it will run properly while its in there. If you can get it to run then you can run it down and dilute it with the good stuff, may want to try some octane boost as well, but siphoning would be your best bet. Good luck!

i run regular in my 636 all the time with no problems, actually my bike made more power on the dyno with regular pump over premium gas
