Man I am so F*ing pissed. I park my bike in the garage so nothing will happen to it , like most of us do, right. I get up the other morning and the car seat from when my stepdaughter was little fell out of the rafters and on the way down it hit’s the wife’s new G35 and smacks my bike. Now the G has a silver dollar size dent above the passenger side door on the A pillar, and my plastic is cracked between my wind screen and my mirror on the right side. Dam I’m pissed! The crack keeps getting longer the more I ride. The worst part is I asked if I could get rid of it three years ago. It has been up there for three freekin years and it falls now WTF. I’m going to check out e-bay but if any of you know of anyone getting rid of the upper fearing in the mat blue for a 06 zx6r please let me know.

is it a clean repairable crack ? if it is look into plastic welding or a good adhesive, i think jayden posted the links to some killer plastic repair kits that were cheap. or you can drill small holes in it and go the frankin ninja look. good luck

Its got jagged crack from the center between the windscreen and the mirror and goes down about 3” to the edge where the windscreen mounts and there is another stress line a few inches below it. It looks like it may crack and split too.

There are places that can repair it using plastic welding. They can get it like new again. Also some of you guys who have crashed and damaged your fairings can get them plastic welded and repainted for less that half the price of replacements. Check with Auto-Body shops. They do plastic repair on car fenders and bumpers all the time. Probably be cheaper since you can just take the fairing to them.
