After going through MONTHS of rehab, then surgery, then MORE months of rehab, I am finally getting back out on the track!

Bike has been ready for a while and still has less than 300 miles on it. Track skins. Woodcraft case gaurds and frame sliders. Vortex rearsets. LeoVince pipe. Pilot Race mediums. GPR steering damper, etc.........

Just got a new video camera and camera mount as well, so video will be done during every session!

Pulling out about noon Sunday (Got another guy going with me with an 08 ZX-6R as well! First track day!) to head down to Roebling Road in GA for Monday track day! I am hoping it goes well. If so, I am registering for another track day in May at CMP in SC!

For those that are interested in my old school GSXR project, I also finally put the carbs back in it this evening and fired it up! Next will be calipers getting rebuilt and then new rubber for the road and she will be ready! This shorty pipe is loud as hell!

Shot of the old skool Gixxer. It's an 86, which is the first year available in the States! I bought this bike from the original owner, who also had all the original parts including original exhaust, matching Suzuki rear stand, and all shop manuals! It was in storage for 12 years though, and the time took it's toll on the fuel system, but that has been resolved now!

Just got back and must say..............








Having this much fun should be illegal! The bike was awesome and I never even touched the suspension all day! It was planted nicely and the PR rubber held up great! Jay and I were absolutley RIPPING it up and decimated the Green group! I did not run Red due to my knee, but I had a fantastic time and probably the most fun I have ever had at the track! I shot plenty of video as well, and will post some up when I do some editing!
