besides the CCT, the first2 things come to mind. Stem bearing tq specs and drive chain/sprocket integrity.

Define "front of the bike." Does it make this noise when you are off the bike, it's sitting at idle, and you twist the throttle?

it's a ticking noise that comes from...well near the front tire somewhere...where the shocks right above the front brakes are...around there somewhere lol. and again it makes noise when i twist the throttle and when i let go of the throttle and its cruising in gear. if anything, i'll just go get my bike serviced and see whats wrong..

The dealer will charge you an arm & a leg for some mysterious noise. Check all your nuts & bolts for tightness and al your brake line clips to the front fender etc. While sitting on the bike, apply the fron brake and push up, down back forth on the handlebars to see if you can reproduce that sound to find out where it's coming from.
