does any one sell them or atempted to make them for the 98-02 zx6r's?

i really like how my 01 look's just wished the tail was raised up/angeld a little more like the newer sportbike's

 

i can make your bike look like that. but i think your sol on finding a kit for raising the rear section of your bike.

 

Is your subframe removable? If so you can loosen the bolts and retighten them with someone holding up the backend of your tail. The play in the bolt holes may give you an inch or so of extra height. You can also elongate the bolt holes but if you put a fat chick (no offense) on the back, it'll come back down due to the excessive weight. Try it.

 

It sure is lot to go threw just for looks.What if it changes the goemetry and handling of the bike?any way welcome to KF.have fun

 

Just raising the tail won't affect the steering geometry. It may cause problems with the way the tail fairings/ bodywork fits though.
