Too much bottem end and an uncontrolled throttle hand can spit you off the ride quicker than you can say Sh*t. Gearing for riding is important, ie majority of sweepers or tight turns for your powerband and traction limits.

I will say again though -1+2, some riding skill and you will be untouchable off the corner. There are a few other factors there butit will give you unreal power.
imo gear changes are the best bang for your buck modifacation you will eever make toyour bike.

Cool guys thanks for all your help. Going to order the the new sprokects. -1 in the front and +2 in the rear. Going to order them from sprokectcenter.com cant wait to feel the difference!

you will still hit 160 in top gear with -1/+2 gearing. i have a speedo healer on my bike and got 162 @ rev limit. don't forget, our speedos are off when they come from the factory so don't believe that your going anything over 164!

Very easy to install and program. There is acalculator where you can input your bikes original gearing, then your new gearing and it gives you the proper set up.
