Default Repacking Micron Muffler

Does anyone know how many miles Micron recommends that you repack your muffler at? Mine has 9,000 miles on it. Thanks for the help.

fudge packer [:'(]

does your pipe sound any different ? if it has a hollow tingie sound and you can see the fibers spitting out the end, then its time for a repack. if its worrying you. go ahead and repack it. its not going to hurt anything. wear gloves and soak your hands in cold water when your done or youll be itching like a **** after.

because it sounds like crap and gets really hot. its the difference from a ricer with a hollowed out cat and a f1 race car

some pipes are made to be repacked and some are not. I'm I right on this one? I dont know cause some pipes are welded all around and some like mine have caps at the end that unbolt to access the packing material.
